Joe's Garage is an established hospitality franchise that has grown from its Queenstown roots in 2000 to 19 locations nationwide. Their mission is to be a welcoming place where anyone can come in at any time of day and enjoy simple and tasty food.
While the brand had strong local search intent and good traffic to its digital channels, its website wasn’t working hard enough to convert those high-intent visitors into repeat customers. We rebuilt the site from the ground up on Storyblok CMS with a mobile-first approach, giving the Joe's Garage team a scalable, long-term foundation. A new menu structure makes it frictionless for users arriving from local search to find a venue, make a reservation, or order food. These high-intent moments were also turned into conversion points for the Regular Joe loyalty ecosystem and app, with smart membership prompts, benefits, and app pathways embedded directly where user intent was already highest.
Visually, custom illustrations and graphic devices refresh the brand's digital presence in a way that feels distinctly Joe's Garage. Crawlable review modules let search engines index real guest feedback, laying the groundwork for stronger organic visibility over time. By transforming how the site handles local search intent, Joe's Garage is now fully equipped to turn traffic into repeat customers, a growing loyal community, and tangible commercial outcomes.
