Plato was founded in 2007 out of our genuine passion for business. Over the years, we’ve had opportunities to prove this in the most committed way possible. We’ve created Plato Ventures - an investment vehicle to partner with clients through shareholdings, startup investments, and long- term commercial assets.
Plato Ventures is headed by our agency co-founder Lisa Plato. Coming from a design background herself, Lisa has been the driving force behind the development of the agency’s creative and client service outputs since day one. Lisa continues to lead a number of Plato’s long-term client relationships, but more recently has focused her attention on managing our group finances and investment strategy.
MP Property
MP Property is a development company delivering bespoke residential and commercial properties for home owners, businesses and investors.
John and Lisa are co-founders alongside the Morrisons, and have delivered significant business results. Key business results include:

Cushy is a startup e-commerce brand soon to launch early 2026.

Plato Property Holdings
Through PPH, we’re able to invest in joint ventures or commercial assets with owner-operators. Many of our investments have stemmed from our close partnerships with our Plato clients, continuing to realise our purpose of accelerating growth.
