Located in Christchurch, Medbury is one of Australasia's leading private preparatory schools for boys from Years 1 to 8. We started this work with a conversation about creating ads for their upcoming open days in the short-term, and building the roll in certain year groups in the long-term.

To achieve this, we thought about how every year of a boy’s life and education is shaping his future. This led to the core idea that ‘Success has a starting point.’ We’ve helped Medbury bring this to life through a stunning new brand video. Incredibly, almost everything you see happening at Medbury in this video took place as part of normal school activities during the 2-day shoot!

Alongside this, we’ve added some contemporary new elements to the brand identity, such as introducing a pattern derived from the glyph in the existing logo, a strong new font, a bold wordmark, and a secondary version of the logo that is more stripped back to retain heritage in a new era.
