Enable owns and operates the fibre broadband network across Greater Christchurch. As competition from wireless broadband alternative gained traction, Enable wanted to reinforce fibre's superior value and stay front of mind with residential households. A key focus was reconnecting with younger audiences, who depend on fast, reliable internet but increasingly saw wireless as a suitable alternative.

Enable needed an always on campaign to strengthen brand awareness, protect residential market share and encourage more households to choose fibre.

We developed the ‘Busy homes count on fibre’ campaign, built around high energy connected-in-chaos creative. Fast paced video showcased the demands of modern multi-device households, while a kinetic teal light flash became a distinctive brand asset that visually connected every device to the Enable network. The campaign rolled out across YouTube, Demand Gen and TVNZ Ad Pause, targeting households throughout Greater Christchurch.

The campaign drove 47% of website traffic in its latest month. Lead volumes exceeded sales team capacity and successfully re-established Enable's presence with residential audiences.
