Southbase Group is one of New Zealand’s largest construction groups; made up of independent specialist companies with a shared vision to transform New Zealand’s construction industry for good. The brief for this website was to create an industry-leading web experience to profile the company’s history, capability, and credentials. The timeline was condensed to ensure the website was live for Southbase’s 10-year anniversary celebrations and it was delivered to a high standard within scope.

Southbase has a number of independent sub-brands such as consulting, construction, and an off-site manufacturing business. Our solution tells a story of strength as a group (when appointed the main contractor), whilst building awareness of and equity in their independent specialist capabilities which they can be engaged for individually. As well as profiling key information about the group (values, vision, culture, and team), the site acts as online credentials for prospecting and winning future bids. It’s a simple yet impressive presence that reflects Southbase’s longstanding reputation for quality delivery, and showcases their capability and experience by profiling projects they have successfully delivered. For a complex business and large-scale site, we’ve given them a sophisticated solution that’s easy to navigate and build on over time as their business grows.
