Kattsafe needed to find a smart way to convert website visitors into real sales opportunities. With five different personas engaging with their brand in diverse ways, their goal was to attract the right audiences, give them genuine, useful information, and naturally move them toward a conversation with sales.

We built the whole system in HubSpot from scratch: content guides, landing pages, calls-to-action, email sequences, the works, all of it. Everything was connected with closed-loop tracking to the sales team so they could see exactly what was happening with each lead. We also redesigned parts of the website to make those guide CTAs more visible and placed them strategically where people were already showing interest. To get the right people there in the first place, we ran a mix of organic content and targeted paid ads that sent them to optimised landing pages. Once someone downloads a guide, they're automatically entered into email sequences that keep the conversation going, whether that means learning more about products, booking a consultation, or talking to someone from sales.

Since we launched, Kattsafe has been getting a consistent flow of qualified leads every month through the programme. With six practical guides, over 50 automated emails, and personalised nurture flows, they're now converting visitors’ interest into real opportunities and building their reputation as a go-to expert in their industry.
