About the role:
Our Client Managers are a key part of our team providing exceptional experiences, and managing multiple projects so they’re delivered on time, on budget and on brief.
Client Managers build amazing client relationships and build strong connections with our internal teams and trusted suppliers. They are responsible for managing a variety of client projects and campaigns for clients across various industries, ensuring client satisfaction and results.
No two days are the same with market research and client workshops to get amongst, projects to brief in and coordinate, campaign rollouts to assist with and your own portfolio of client relationships to manage.
We’ve built the Plato Creative brand and reputation on nailing client experiences and getting results so you’ll have a good understanding of brand and marketing concepts and principles (something you’ve gained from at least two years experience in a marketing role); and you’ll be confident at building relationships and communicating effectively no matter who you’re dealing with – be it a Marketing Manager, CEO or business owner.
