About the role
We’re looking for a design-led website builder to join our Web & Tech team. This is a hybrid role that sits between design and build — you’ll take the lead on creating beautiful, responsive, high-performing marketing websites and helping us lift our capability across the team.
Webflow will be a primary tool used in this role, so you’ll need to be confident building production-ready sites in it. That said, the role is broader than the tool: strong design skills, content structure, performance mindset, and clear communication matter just as much if not more.
If you’re passionate about shipping pixel-perfect websites and sharing what you know with others, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design and build of responsive marketing websites from concept to launch (primarily in Webflow).
- Create high-fidelity, user-focused designs and prototypes in Figma when required, ensuring a smooth path from design to build.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to bring client goals to life.
- Present design and build decisions to clients, explain your thinking clearly, and incorporate feedback confidently.
- Structure and manage client content so it’s organised, scalable, and optimised for marketing outcomes.
- Champion best practice in website build and delivery, and help mentor/upskill other team members (especially around Webflow).
What you’ll bring
- Strong Webflow capability — ideally 2+ years building production-ready websites, or you can confidently demonstrate an equivalent skill level with a portfolio to match (Webflow will be used day-to-day).
- High proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch / Adobe XD) for wireframing, prototyping, and design exploration.
- A solid understanding of modern UI/UX principles, with a sharp eye for clean, responsive, visually engaging design.
- A practical understanding of marketing websites — conversion, clarity, content hierarchy, and performance.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain decisions clearly and work through feedback.
- A strong execution mindset: detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative across disciplines.
- Strong content organisation skills — structuring pages and CMS/content so it’s easy to maintain and evolve.
