With GP referrals historically driving the majority of his non–weight loss patients, Richard Flint, a surgeon with over 25 years of experience, faced a challenge as GP referrals were impacted by retirement and generational changes. To continue growing his practice, he needed to establish a stronger direct presence online reflecting his expertise, credibility and care.

This work followed the completion of Richard Flint’s new brand identity and website and focuses on building visibility through ongoing marketing. Being time-poor, Dr Flint needed a solution that would allow him to show up consistently without adding to his workload.

We took a fully managed approach to social media, creating educational, expert-led content designed to build trust while navigating the social platform rules around medical and sensitive health topics. From copywriting to design, we ensure every post is visually aligned with his brand, guaranteeing consistency and quality across channels.

By collaborating monthly on content themes, we help Richard Flint raise awareness around medical issues that are sometimes overlooked, positioning him as a trusted expert rather than just a service provider. Since launching in September, his growing social presence has seen continued increases in branded search and social media engagement.
