We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Director to join us in delivering exceptional client partnerships and driving business growth. Client Directors at Plato are integral to our agency’s success, acting as strategic advisors to our clients and ensuring that our creative solutions are aligned with their business objectives. This role focuses on identifying and unlocking new opportunities and untapped potential, building long-term client relationships, and driving strategic growth for both clients and Plato. You will bring a commercial mindset, a deep understanding of brand, marketing, and digital landscapes, and an insatiable drive to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and navigating their industry landscapes with expertise.
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and beyond, expanding our reach and impact.
Lead client conversations with confidence, delivering strategic insights and recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal strategy, creative, digital, and marketing teams to drive project execution and marketing results.
Drive commercial success for your portfolio, ensuring projects are strategically scoped, budgets are managed, and work is delivered to plan.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, providing innovative and forward-thinking solutions for clients.

About You:
You will possess a natural talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, with a proven ability to earn trust and influence key decision-makers. Our Client Directors are master team players, seamlessly working with internal teams to deliver the best for their clients. It is likely you will have 6+ years of experience in client leadership under your belt within an agency setting, but that experience may have also come from a client-side role driving brand, web, and marketing success.
