Our videographer works with our Media Content Producer to plan, film and edit video content according to client briefs. It could be anything from social media content to helping tell brand stories through smart use of video. As well as working collaboratively, you may also coordinate and direct your own projects as needed.
All video and audio equipment will be provided for the role and you’ll be responsible for keeping it organised, charged and in good working order; plus advising on replacement equipment as and when necessary. That means you’re in charge of transportation to shoots as well as set up and break down.
Also as part of this role, you will be responsible for editing captured video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories that promote or bring our clients’ brands to life. We’ll also need you to produce short promotional videos for our own marketing portfolio too.
What you’re going to need
We’re looking for a videographer/camera operator with experience in shooting various formats from videos, short films, corporate or brand content, TVC's, music videos or even documentary material.
You must have experience of end-to-end production from script to screen, including conceptualisation, production, editing and delivery of projects big and small.
Excellent computer literacy is a must, including proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere or Final CutPro, After Effects, DaVinci); and technical acumen in operating, configuring, setting up, and fixing video, audio, lighting and/or other production equipment.
You’ll be cool and calm under deadline pressures and able to keep up with the fast pace of working on set and sometimes long hours.
