About the role
As a Senior Marketer, you will have the opportunity to drive results for ambitious local, national and international businesses that we partner with. Not only that, you will also have the rewarding chance to apply your extensive marketing chops across a range of industries and client challenges. On the journey, you will implement marketing strategies, plans, and roadmaps, and monitor effective channel activation to nail client outcomes.
Part of the role will be around regular review and refinement of marketing activity alongside a client team including exploration of new ideas and initiatives to improve performance. Being able to communicate marketing progress and performance in a clear and concise way to clients is a must.
Core to this role will be your understanding of the New Zealand media landscape across both traditional and digital marketing channels. You’ll love to get hands-on in developing and leading integrated marketing and media strategies, helping to drive business outcomes for clients. You will also be both hands-on in channel management, especially in the digital advertising space, and working with others to implement marketing activity. We're after a broad knowledge across a range of online and offline channels, however you are likely to have a depth of expertise in one or more specific channels, and that is a good thing.
Working across the business in project teams, being a great communicator is essential in this busy environment along with the ability to collaborate and work well with internal teams and clients, where you're responsible for multiple brands.
